Original Comment My name Kelly I made reservation, I canceled had call hotel my self the website,not working. I made just to reserve the room the took my money. Got cursed out told couldn't get my money refunded by agent. The hotel said they should refund. With no problem. No answer unless I'm booking a room. Then they hang up. The was supposed to take my money out. Disrespectful.
