I bought two tickets via Air France through Travelocity. I also upgraded because Air France gives better protection on premium. <br /> <br /> I purchased your so-called flight insurance. I am visually impaired. I have been on hold all last week, this weekend, and ALMOST got a real person but once they realized I was trying to see if you would change my tickets because of the current emergency. I find your insurance policy maddeningly unclear. I am willing to pay to speak to a real person. <br /> <br /> None of your choices on your phone answers. Not a single one. <br /> <br /> I was on the chat bot site until 3 am. <br /> <br /> Now the president of Hungary said I can't fly in. For awhile. Will I receive a refund? How do I get corporate to streamline this so the Air France refund happens and gets back to me so I can rebook.
