I understand the pandemic has caused major supply chain and service disruptions but the Expedia Group and/or Travelocities lack of support to people vacation investments is terrible. I too have tried to get thru to your customer service the past two days. Endless hours on the phone in the que only to be disconnected after an hour or so. Once I made it an hour and ten minutes before being disconnected. I purchased a vacation package to Aruba back in November. As you may know, effective 3/25 Aruba closed all international flights from being accepted into the country. I am expecting a refund if I ever get thru. I too will be contacting the attorney generals office the end of this week if I don't hear back from you or can't get thru.
