Original Comment I too have been trying to get a refund for a trip to San Francisco scheduled from March 17th -21st. I have been able to contact Delta and the hotel directly multiple times but not Tavelocity. Today, in yet another attempt. I spent 3 hours and 40min on hold before the phone went silent. That was my second call of the day. the first one dropped after 45 min. And the fact that when I do get through it is always someone with a heavy accent who is oceans away and doesn't hesitate to click end call because they don't care is SO frustrating.<br /> IT IS TIME FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! For our refunds, plus the interest that Travelocity is accruing while it conveniently can't seem to function. I know for a fact that the hotel I was with has refunded my money, I just have to get it through travelocity.
