Thought that Travelosity had refunded all of my money for a trip that was cancelled due to Covid19. I am writing anyone at the corporate office b/c I found out that I was refunded all but $133.00. The finance company informed me that Travelosity requested funds in the amount of $1961.25 on Jan 21, 2020. On January 22, 2020 Delta Airlines drew down the cost of the airfare (which was refunded to the finance company) leaving a balance of $133.00.<br /> <br /> I am now again attempting to get the funds ($133.00) returned to the finance company so that my account can be balanced out. As I fore-stated, I am not working and I am having to care for two elderly parents with active/positive Covid19 virus. This is stressful enough without the back and forth with Travelosity. <br /> <br /> This constant chase is really sad. Customers should not be subject to this especially in a time like this. This not the time to take advantage of people who have been loyal customers and referral sources of this company. PLEASE REFUND $133.00 to the finance company.
