Original Comment Good afternoon! <br /> <br /> I booked accommodations for the D2 Summit in Orlando Florida on 03/03/20. As time passed, United Airlines cancelled my flights and the hotel closed. My trip was scheduled for 05/07-05/11. My hotel was refunded $280 but the balance of the flight $879.36 was NOT refunded. As a matter of fact, Travelocity took it upon themselves to issue me a credit, going as far as lying stating &quot;we've tried to reach you. &quot; No email or phone call was attempted on Travelocity's part. As per DOT regulations I am entitled to a refund because the airline cancelled the flight. I have tried countless times to speak with someone but to no avail; the online help is a joke, as it stops responding after I state my issue. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I have already contacted the better business bureau and am now reaching out to corporate. My next step will be to contact an attorney. I would like a refund of my flight tickets in the amount of $879.36.
