In February I booked a trip through Travelocity from Phoenix to Calgary and back. Because of Covid 19 we could not go. On March 12, 13 and 14 I tried to phone Travelocity. I could not get through until the morning of March 14. After 2.5 hours of being on hold someone finally answered. I explained the problem. The Travelocity person said she would cancel the flight and I would shortly receive an email about my credit. I still have not received an email. The flight was obviously not cancelled as Air Canada sent me an email the day before the flight to confirm our seats on the flight. Since then I have tried to contact Travelocity but there is no way to get through and and the chat room is useless. My bet is that Travelocity has gone bankrupt and is holding our money to pay of their debts. Corporate deceit. I have lost a considerable amount of money. Obviously I won't use Travelocity again but at this point I don't think they care.
