Original Comment I have been a Ridgid customer for 31 years and never have I had such poor customer service I have been trying to get ahold of a person to discuss my problem for 3 weeks I get put on hold one time I was on hold for 32 minutes the next time 21 minutes and then it just switch me to listen to more music I'll leave a call back number like they say no one ever calls me back if you're going to make a tulle and stand behind it do that but if not let the customer know that you're buying an inferior product and it does not have anyone thank you so much you have a wonderful day and God bless you
