My flight with TAP Portugal was cancelled by the airline. I have twice talked with Travelocity clerks after very long waits and 2 disconnects. Travelocity takes the position that the airline policy forbids them from processing a refund. I have talked to TAP Portugal twice and both agents said the same thing, that in order to get a refund for tickets booked through a travel agent the travel agent must make the request to the airline for the refund. Once they receive the request they will process a full refund.<br /> Travelocity staff are either very poorly trained or are lying. Since both USA and EU airline regulations require full refunds in such a case, Travelocity really needs to get it's act together.
