Original Comment Absolutely the worst of the worst. They do not follow there written policy and hire cheap labor that have no possible training to resolve an issue. Wait time is upwards an hour anything you call, and they fail to issue refunds they agree to and refuse to issue refunds period. You are left to deal with hotels and airlines that have not been paid directly and agree with you but direct you back to this horrible company Travelocity. Hope they don't exist in 2021, they should be under by then.
