Original Comment I would like to thank the representative from the corporate office for her help with my traveling. I'm sorry I didn't get your name but I wanted to let your supervisor know how professional, patience, and helpful you were. I was dealing with agents from Thursday night until Friday morning trying to change the destination of a trip, because the previous destination was locked down with the Corona virus. I kept getting hanged up on no one returned the calls, and now we are in the window of cancelation or paying more money. After getting frustrated I asked for corporate, of course she said she didn't know the number. I said I will look it up, but she did transfer me. I was going to blast Travelocity on social media, but was very pleased with the corporate agent. Thank you again for solving this issue.
