First time using Travelocity on February 27, 2020. Booked an entire trip for 2ppl; hotel, flights and rental car. Trip was to be taken 04/25-04/30 from LAX to OGG, with a 5 night stay in Maui, HI. Due to the COVID pandemic our flights were canceled by Delta. I requested a cancellation for our hotel and rental car through Travelocity's website. Was only refunded the amount for the hotel and never received refund for flights and rental car. Spent ridiculous amounts of time on hold, transferred and hung up on by Travelocity. Finally was able to get through to someone last month. Was told we had flight credits but if we were going to use them it had to be done by September 30th, 2020, the flights had to be taken from original airline and original airports. When asked about the remaining $312 that was for rental car, agent didn't have an answer. Essentially we're out $912. We won't be able to use our flight credits which is $600. With such a small window of time to use them and Travelocity's absurd requirements, it's impossible for us to take our vacation in 2020. Shame on you Travelocity, shame on you! My husband is a essential healthcare worker, which I provided documentation of and you still refuse to refund us our money.
