Original Comment I have purchased two pairs of glasses - Reading/Prescription and Sunglasses. I have taken my Robert Graham glasses to be repaired due to arm hinge falling apart and was told that could not be fixed and needed to purchase new frames after paying almost $300 in total. Due to Covid and unemployment I am forced to wear my glasses with tape on it to hold arm together. Pearle Vision offered me $100 off a new frame on frames over $300 which I am unable to purchase. I am APPALLED and the business procedures and/or etiquette. I am hoping to be contacted by Corporate office with a solution to honor a new pair of glasses and/or a refund to purchase another pair elsewhere. I will be sure to send copy of my email all across the internet and BBB. I am not threathening , just very upset and in a position where I am unable to wear my glases which broke within 6 months - less than a year old at time of purchases.
