Original Comment The worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a hospitality major, Travelocity needs to do way better. Earl was not helpful and very rude. Travelocity offered a book now pay later option for a property that does not offer that, and took the money anyway that was not supposed to be paid a WHOLE MONTH early. Then had the gull to issue a receipt for a refund but never disperse the funds.
