Original Comment We have been gong back and forth since Oct 10 2020 for a trip to Switzerland that was cancelled due to Covid, We even purchased the trip insurance! (what a waste of money) May 6 travelocity cancelled our trip, was told they would followup with an airline credit which we never received. Out 10th I reached out to them at 1-855-201-7820 was told we would be receiving a credit. fowwlowed up on Jan 17,2020 spoke to both Air Canada and Travelocity. Air Canada was great they told us that travelocity just needed to fill out a form so we could receive a none expiring credit voucher. followed up again on 2-19-2020 was told that travelocity never filled out or submitted the credit voucher form. called again toady 3-23-2020, the agent ws totally useless. was on hold for 1 hour and spoke to the agent for 20 minutes asked to speak to her supervisor.... she took my number and was told I would receive a phone call in 20 minutes that was 51/2 hours ago!!! This company needs to refund our money!! $3659.24!!!!
