I have now been on hold for almost 60 minutes! My credit card was charged $1098.58 at booking. The tickets, hotel accommodations and taxes and fees were $972.73. I was also charged $125.85 resort fee, which should've been paid on property. Since I saw it was included in the total charged to my account, I thought that Travelocity prepaid that to the hotel. Instead, I not only paid $125.85 to Travelocity, but again at hotel.<br /> <br /> I believed this to be an oversight. A mistake made by some computer glitch maybe. However, I am on the phone with customer service that the computer voice said would only be &quot;1 to 2 minutes&quot; and at this moment, I am sitting here at 59 minutes. Because of this, I am beginning to doubt that this is unintentional.<br /> <br /> If this is not resolved, I will never book again with Travelocity and will contact all 100+ family members that I sang your praises to and recant it all. I will also take to social media. I am a disabled veteran and live on a set income, this not not stealing from someone who doesn't notice $125.85. This is not someone who will go away quietly. <br /> <br /> <br /> I have now been on hold for almost 61 minutes.
