Original Comment Absolutley horrible. Booked a trip to St Augustine. Recieved a email from property owner stating property wasnt available and should not have been book. Monies were taken by Travelocity. Had to spend more money and book another place almost 2 hours away because everything was booked up. Muliptle emails, copies of property owners email sent, calls, hours on hold and failed return calls and still over 6 weeks later no money return or answers. Still awaiting a return call.
