Original Comment Travelocity stinks! I booked a vacation for 5 to melia, Punta Cana. I called back in 3 hours to add tow more people to my room. I was charged 1100.00 more (room only, no airfare). About 9 hours later I called back to ask to remove one of the people and to reimburse me for that one person. Now, of course, they can not do that. I need to wait 48 hours to get a confirmation email and if I will get any money back. Well 148 hours have apst and I never got an email nor have I received any refund. I have called several times and to no avail does anyone answer. I called again yesterday and left my number for a call back in 15 minutes. That was at 2:01 EST. I got the call back at 10:44pm EST...when I was already asleep. These bastards are terrible. I will NEVER use them again. I have written all over social media to not use them either. I am making everyone I can aware of the disgrace they are. They just rob you for your money.
