Original Comment This company is nothing but a rip off. I had a vacation planned last year. My flight was cancelled by the airline due to the COVID pandemic. Instead of these thieves refunding back my money they gave me flight credit. Each time that I tried to use my credit I get the run around from Travelocity. I have been waiting to talk to a so-called agent since last night to book my ticket using my flight credit. Finally today at 3 pm I was told that an agent will not be available for 3 hours. At 6pm I received a phone call. The ill-prepared incompetent staff took my phone number along with my itinerary number and left me on hold for one hour and fifteen minutes. She never came back on the line. Needles to say, the call got disconnected and she never called me back, I called again and was told it was another three hour wait time. Every hour, the ticket price is going up. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM YOU THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!
