My girlfriend booked tickets on TAP AirPortugal through Travelocity in Feb.2020 (pre-pandemic). Due to our flights being cancelled indefinately, we have been getting NOTHING BUT CONSTANT RUN AROUND from Travelocity. We have spent COUNTLESS hours on hold with tour Customer Service only to be told that they airline is not allowing Travelocity to reimburse, yet Tap AirPotugal states clearly on their pandemic notes that if you booked tickets through a travel agency, to contact the travel agency. We are contributing to look at every avenue to get a refund, up to and including consulting an attorney. Furthermore, once this issue is resolved, I will NEVER do business and I will recommend to my family and friends NOT TO DO BUSINESS BUSINESS WITH TRAVELOCITY!!<br /> Shame on you for this kind of treatment.
