We purchased tickets for an international trip to Poland. We did not know that they were still closed for entry due to Covid. After we found out we tried calling for support to change the ticket. We left our number for a call back which they called back at 2:30 AM while sleeping. We missed that call. We called back then after being on hold for six hours the person on the call turned out to be a trainee that could not do anything to help. While my wife was trying to explain to him what she wanted to do she accidentally hit purchase. The guy freaked out that he couldn't help anymore and that we had to call within 24 hours to cancel the ticket. On top of that we forfeited $600 dollars which it never asked if we were OK with that. The guy put us on a call back but that would be 72 hours later but the tickets get locked after 24 hours. My wife then tried calling back was told it would be a four hour hold, she waited for an actual seven hours and then was was hung up on. She tried to call back and was told it would be 12 hours on hold. Our original tickets were economy plus so with the accidental purchase there was no choice for that. All we want is for the same thing with our new ticket. Please help
