Original Comment I can't believe what this company has done to people. I attempted to purchase a trip to Minnesota from Florida last night. You rejected my credit card 3 times. I contacted the bank last evening. Nothing was wrong at their end. Said the purchases should have gone through. I finally gave up and today Travelocity has charged me for 4 airline tickets over $2000.!! I don't have an itenery number because you didn't book it. It's not listed in my upcoming trips. I can't reach anyone after repeated attempts. The chat line can't help me. This is absolutely robbery. If I have to fly to your headquarters.. I will. Just refund my money for tickets for a trip you couldn't book. How can the charges be there today when you couldn't complete my trip last night? I will never use this company again.
