Original Comment I have been trying to get into contact with a customer service agent for the last 48 hours! My credit card was charged 10 times!!!!!!!!!!! I have called every customer service number available and used the virtual agent feature, I have even gone on Facebook Messenger and still no reply! Horrible, horrible customer service, last time I will ever use this agency. If my issue isn't resolved I will be contacting authorities for fraud and reporting to the state attorney general for higher resolution.
