Original Comment Do not book through them. They are scammers!!! They say you get credited for pandemic cancellations, but only charge double when you try to book. The reps keep you on the phone for 2 hours with no resolution and keep saying the same thing over and over. After keeping you on the line for long hours, they hang up and do not return your call, causing you to have to call back and explain your situation again. I will not book through cheaptickets, nor will I recommend them.
