Original Comment Travelocity is TRASH. I GOT SCAMMED BY A HOTEL!!! <br /> <br /> I booked an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. It was suppose to be 5 stars. Had great reviews on Travelocity. We showed up and the hotel was DISGUSTING!!! Definitely not 5 stars. It was so bad that we left the next day and went to the Hilton. Travelocity and the Resort REFUSE to refund us for the days we DID NOT STAY!!! They claim we did not cancel in time. How was I suppose to know that the hotel was garbage??? I would never have been able to tell that until I showed up. It was dirty, falling apart, and didnt even have hot water! <br /> <br /> I AM LIVID THAT I CANNOT GET MY MONEY BACK!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!
