Original Comment You all have by far the worst customer service known to man. Stop with the automated customer service and actually start to hire some people so that they can actually answer these phone calls so that us the customers don't have to spend four days and still can't get a hold of anyone and then when you try to put in your traveling tracking number your automated system always says that it does not recognize it. Do better because there are so many other traveling platforms for the consumer choose from that do indeed offer cheaper rates and actually give two cents about their reputation and having good customer service.
