Original Comment This is the second time that you guys have falsely advertised something on ur website.<br /> <br /> 1st time - I booked a &quot;thing to do&quot; in cartagena. The company you guys were working with did not exist and i never got my services upon arrival. This was 2 yrs ago.<br /> <br /> 2nd time - i reserved a hotel in RIO, with the &quot;reserve now, Pay later&quot; and even in the email i received states i will get charged the full amount on arrival. Reservation is in Feb 2024, i got charged today.<br /> <br /> Your representative told me 2 days ago i will not get charged.<br /> <br /> another representative told me today i got charged and there is nothing they can do about it and to reach out to the hotel if i want to cancel.<br /> <br /> This is a Horrible way to do business.
