Original Comment I stayed at one of your Holiday inn express in Concord NC,<br /> Sorry to say but it was awful! My family had 20 rooms for a wedding and almost no amenities were working. The pool had no heater working it was freezing, the outside deck was closed, the printer was not working and construction was happening the whole time we were there.<br /> We made reservations in October and was never notified of any of this. Whoever is running this hotel is doing a terrible job. I accidentally left my dress in the room closet and they tell me they can't find. You need to be checking on your<br /> franchise often.
