I am very disappointed with Ambit. I lost my job and was trying to make payment arrangements. When I finally got a job my bills were completely backed up. I even lost my car. I do understand my bill was a lot but when I tried to work out something, they gave a ridiculous amount to pay. How can I pay that when I told them I was getting assistance. Then they keep telling me I have a switch hold and they will not remove it unless I pay over $1000. I have children and we have to stay with relatives. I have been without lights for two weeks. This is ridiculous. If I am telling them I cannot pay this amount and they keep telling me oh well we are not removing the switchhold and we are not releasing you to another provider. This does not make sense. Something has to be done about this.
