My subscription to the Chicago Tribune expired last Aug 2022. Even though I wanted to renew, I have not, due to the Tribune wanting to keep my credit card number on file. I have offered to pay the year in total, but you have refused.
Kindly, stop sending me a bill for which I have not received any newspapers (I have received 5 bills with varying amounts, and numerous phone calls.) I will have to take further action if you keep harassing me with these bills. I have never not paid a bill and my credit is perfect.
Kindly,

I contacted the customer service number to inquire about my bill and the represented was very argumentative, loud and she didn't want to hear what my concern were regarding my bill. I requested three time to speak to a supervisor before she even transferred me to one. She was totally unprofessional and clearly not properly trained to deal with customer. Needless to say I am seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription.

3 Weeks In A Row No Sunday Paper, I Ordered 3 On 1 Subscription And 2 On Another. We Are Getting The Subscription With 2 Papers Not The One With 3 Papers, Calling Overseas To Have Them Resolve Is A Joke, Man Up Chicago Tribune And Return My Calls. I Learned Me Lesson For Sure Paying For A Subscription In Advance. Completely Disappointed And Appalled. I Should Have Known Better The First Time Around Years Ago With Your Company.

I am quite upset. I subscribed to your newspaper for a 13 week trial ONLY to help a young man go to college. I NEVER SIGNED THE LINE ON THE RECEIPT STATING I ALLOW AUTO PAYMENT FOR THE PAPER AFTER MY TRIAL PERIOD (I HAVE THIS IN FRONT ON ME!) At some halfway point I contacted the Chicago Tribune to let them know that I did not want the subscription and only signed up for the trail for the young man. They let me know that everything was taken care of and the subscription would be cancelled.

Low and behold I was looking at our checking account yesterday and the Tribune automatically took $19.37 from out account!!! I called right away and the customer service representative who took my call told me I signed up for this. I told her I did not and that I had my receipt right in front of me. She basically did not care and let me know that I should keep the Sunday paper for $1 per week. I again told her I did not want the paper at all as we receive our local paper AND ONLY SIGNED UP TO HELP A YOUNG MAN GO TO COLLEGE and wanted this to stop and wanted a refund. She said she would then put this through. I asked her for an email showing this for the 2nd time and she said she could not do this that I would have to email customer service for this. She could not transfer me for help with this or anything. Not the kind of customer service I would give.

WHAT A SCAM!
