I called my order in on the phone and at first they said they could not make my order as they did not understand that this smoothie is on the underground menu and then I told them they made the exact same order yesterday. Next they said they would make the order. When I arrived the order was not even started. Next they told me to get in line behind everyone else and they insisted that I needed to place my order on the tablet. I was paying with a card, so I had to get someones attention so I could place the order Again and Pay with my Card. The staff were exceptionally rude and less than helpful. And in the end they made them wrong, I order 3 large Strawberry Energizer and none of them had strawberries in them, they were all runny and had no smoothie to them. Poor customer service, and very Rude.
