Original Comment I am never using Travelocity again. My trip is 5 1/2 months away and I get an email that the airlines cancelled my flight. It seemed funny so I called them to follow up and they said they did no such thing and the flight I was scheduled on is still set to fly out, but TRAVELOCITY cancelled my flight.... without asking me. I cannot get refunds from hotels/tours that far out because their COVID-19 policies don't extend 6 months. I cannot talk to anyone at Travelocity because it automatically hangs up on you if your reservation is not within 72 hours. All I want is a refund. I am set to be out $2k because of this. Treat your customers better and contact me and refund me my money before I have to get a lawyer involved.
