Original Comment U-Haul is one of the worst moving companies you could ever get I have had a U-Haul truck for 4 days I called and extended the services with the customer service I guess they didn't make notes or something happened and then I lost the key so I called them back this evening and told them they were supposed to be bringing me another key and making payment arrangements and they had this might the tote that they had the U-Haul truck towed with all of my belongings in it I don't believe it I have never in my life had anything like this happen
