Original Comment My wife has Cancer and they won't even extend my account for 5 day's knowing that this is all she might have left is to watch TV. I wish I had stayed with Direct TV.<br /> This is so upsetting I just don't understand this kind of service. My Service hasn't been cut off yet...I was trying to avoid that from happening and they still would not do it because it's a prepaid account. I think the American Cancer Society should know about this. This is Just Unreal!
