Our 2014 Trailhawk caught fire and burnt completely up within 5 minutes with out any indication or warning something was wrong. There had been several recalls and even a new transmission had to be placed in it. The vehicle only had 30,000 miles on it and was just in the dealership 5 weeks prior for recalls again. Both Jeep and the dealership said not their problem. The dealership even went as far as saying we may have ran over a plastic bag to cause the fire. Really???? I want Jeep to step up and take care of this problem with the financial burden of having to purchase another vehicle. I work hard for what I have and to pay on a vehicle for two years and how have nothing is unacceptable! NOT ONE PHONE CALL HAS BEEN RETURNED TO US FROM JEEP! We were sold a lemon and Jeep don't care!
