Original Comment I purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee Limited Jeep. Traded in my luxury 2013 Grand Cherokee Limited Jeep. So disappointed in the difference in quality. I pointed out to my Jeep dealership that my black leather seats are fading to white. The service associate took some pictures to submit to Jeep. He was supposed to also note that I have dark window tint on all my windows and even slight tint on my front window but my seats are fading to white. Even the backs of my front seats where no light can possibly cause this issue. My Jeep on had 25k when I complained about this. Jeep declined the pictures. The Jeep dealership said maybe I need to address it as a customer because I definitely have a justified complaint. Now what?
