Original Comment I put a $10k down payment on a new Jeep and dealership tried to bait and switch. According to Jeep.com inventory had exact vehicle I was looking for, contract and check made out for exact vin for the online vehicle. Dealership said will have in 24 to 48hrs. After three weeks of it's coming, in transit, it got to go to original destination, then salesman calls to admit not honest with me. I Thankfully, I got my money back as I wasn't going to settle for whatever crappy appointed vehicle left sitting on lot. Yes, I called Jeep customer service. They &quot;don't get involved in dealership disputes&quot; <br /> The right thing to do was, we will honor sale and ship you an exactly appointed vehicle as soon we build.
