I don't even know where to start. On 7/31/21 I went to Tom peacock Nissan in Houston. I sat there all day long and a Freddy Hernandez helped me. I was there all day long, and after much padding an application and telling my daughter to be a cobuyer the deal was finally done. After going home I begin to review the papers I was floored when I saw the total price for a 2019 Altima came to 51000. On Mon 8/2 I went back to the dealership to inform them I was no longer interested in keeping the car. I was told by 2 different salesmen that I needed to submit an email to see if the corporate office would cancel the contract. I went home waited on the email address ,<br /> Which never came. I returned to the dealership on wed, 8/4 and Freddy said I sent you the email address this morning to a 985#. I told him my number is 281# he then gives me the email address and says now you just wait to hear from them. I parked the car on their lot on wed. 8/4 and I am still waiting to hear from them. They have a big sign right be the dealership that says 7 day hassle free return. Well that is a big fat lie, this has been the biggest mess I've ever seen. They have their car, my 2000 and I am livid. I need someone to please call me!!!
