Original Comment I'm a dollar tree employee and have been for 5 and half years now and I'm currently going through hard times in which I had to apply for the employee emergency relief fund cuz I became homeless in June, still am,my Fiancee car blew up and caught fire while I was driving on the freeway. So I'm struggling to get by daily,can't afford to get a place or car to get me back and forth to work when I'm scheduled and can't find any resources to help me but even though I'm going through hard times I managed to get promoted to a assistant manager. This is the worst I've been in a long time and when I found out dollar tree offers a program to help their employees in an emergency I was thrilled but I was wrong cuz all they've done is give me nothing but problems,making me feel discouraged and worthless as an employee with dollar tree instead of helping me. I know I qualify for the fund but I don't understand why they won't approve the grant
