Original Comment Pharmacy at Walgreens located at 7001 Amboy Road, Staten Island, NY 10307<br /> I went to the pharmacy last night at 6:45 pm on 3/27/23 - there was no one behind the counter. I called out, no one answered - I thought the pharmacy was closed.<br /> I heard papers ruffling and called out again - &quot;is anyone here?&quot; <br /> All of a sudden this woman (the pharmacist)steps out from behind the wall yelling &quot;I'm on the phone with a customer&quot; - that's why I didn't answer you and called me nasty! <br /> I told her all you had to do was step out and say I'll be right with you - without yelling at me and the make believe customer on the phone.<br /> Finally, this other girl stepped out from the other side and helped me.<br /> This rude and nasty behavior is uncalled for.<br /> I walked out of Walgreens last night so upset that I returned to tell the evening manager what happened.<br /> The other employee told me that they get a lot of complaints about her. I don't know her name. She has long blond hair with dark glasses and is about 50 years old<br /> I still remain very upset over this and I want to know how corporate will handle this.<br /> This should not be allowed.<br /> Please respond.
