On 11/17 I ordered nine items for Christmas presents. I paid expedited shipping to the tune of 80$ to guarantee that the items would arrive by Dec. 6. Only two arrived. It is as though you are treating the whole order like five orders. I'm so unhappy and you make it impossible to contact you. I've been waiting on live chat for one hour only to be disconnected when I was 11 in the cue. Tried it again and got to 41 and was knocked off again.<br /> <br /> I need to know when the other items will arrive. How can I find this out.<br /> So disappointed. The worst service I've encountered.
