Original Comment Paypal is owned by Ebay. It does what ebay tells it to do. Both of these entities are completely contemptuous of their customers and probably of the merchants as well. I will never again buy anything at all on ebay nor will I ever use Paypal. I am asking my credit card company for a new card with a different number so that they can never charge anything again to my card. How we can we be so dumb as to use any company that treats their customers the way these two entities do is beyond me. I have learned my lesson. I don't care how good the price seems it is simply not worth doing business with these people who are so interested in profit that they do not care whether their customers are scammed or not. AVOID EBAY.
