Shop manager at the time - Phil.<br /> Phil's (shop Mgr.) poor customer service and interest in arguing will keep me from returning to this Wallmart-Jiffy lube.<br /> Went in to have tires balanced and rotated. I marked the front tires so that I knew if in fact the tires were rotated. As it turned out they were not. Manager Phil wanted to argue
