Original Comment My name is Patti Plummer from Greensboro, NC. Back on May 29, 2013, I purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKX from Green Lincoln. I have at least 3 issues with it and so far the Service Dept. can't help me with any of them. The issues are: squeaking, hesitation when accelerating, and a bouncy, rough ride. I am extremely disappointed and upset that now, AFTER THE SALE, the dealership can't or won't help me. I went to the dealership yesterday and talked wih Garry and he wasn't any help. He couldn't come up with any solution.
