Original Comment I am highly not pleased with the product and customer service of Westinghouse. As a consumer, I expect to get want I paid for and /or the service required if anything goes wrong. I purchased a 60" LED from HEB in San Antonio, Texas in November of 2012, and already the TV is broke. After researching for possible issues, I found numerous comments about the same problem I'm having. I contacted the service department to get assistance, and I never received an email back as stated by the service center. I do not understand how this company is getting away with selling such an horrible product. This will be the last product from Westinghouse I will ever buy or recommend to anyone. I will continue my efforts on getting a replacement TV or a refund, since this is a common occurrence with the product.
