Since college, my dream was to own a Jeep Wrangler. I saved for years to purchase one and in April of 2013, I became the proud owner of my first brand new 2013 Jeep Wrangler! For one year and 4 months I have given major kudos for my Jeep as it is my best friend, until a week ago. I was shopping all day in the Texas heat, on my final stop I parked, shopped, and returned to my Jeep and it would not start, there was a cold, dead silence as I turned the key. After a tow and loaner car that was not a Jeep, I was told it was the battery-bad cell. This is an expensive vehicle, and while it was under warranty why would I have a disabled battery in a brand new vehicle? My confidence in Jeep is shaken, how can I trust that something else major won't occur? If my Jeep was let's say five years old I could expect some wear and tear but at one year old I am not feeling good, confident or safe about my purchase. #confused
