Dear Corporate I am very upset with Boost CS at this time after being a loyal customer it is sad that I will be moving on. I called last week about my Internet and after troubleshoot CD advised I just need Upgrade on phone and for being loyal I would get one free. Called at end of week to check status and no record of call I Asked for supervisor and spoke with one and was given a case number for an order of new phone. Well today I called and was told that the Supervisor had no authorization to open case and case # is closed sorry no free phone for you.
