Original Comment I'd like to know why sams club is afraid of their african american employees? My fiancè works in the cafe in O'fallon,Il,an is always scheduled till close an she's white. While there's 4 african american employees who may have 1 closing shift a week. My fiance works 10 out of 14 days an 8 of those 10 days shes scheduled to close. She has filled out the availability sheets several times stating 7a.m.-7p.m. yet management ignores her request an schedules her till 9p.m.. Why do the african american employees get the hours they want but your caucasian employees get most of the closing shifts. 4 caucasian employees 2 of which close at least 8 days in a pay period. This is reverse discrimination in my book.
