I spent over $400 for what I believed was going to be a splendid vacuum sweeper, LuV400T, with many attachments and a 40 foot cord.<br /> I called customer service to order heppa filters, and they had none, didn't know when they'd be in. When I commented that the unit had only been on the market less than two years, and I thought it odd that they couldn't support it. (Stupid #1) I was sent to an 'executive' customer number and they promised to call when the filters arrived... they never did. (Stupid #2) <br /> In the meantime they said they'd swap with another model... turns out it was lesser in price and features. (Stupid #3) Then I discovered that the replacement sweeper used the same heppa filter as the machine I had. (Stupid #4) <br /> The chances of my ever buying another LG item are slim and none. I hope anyone who reads this will follow that guideline.
