Original Comment Just wanted to let you know Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places to eat. I love the salad bar and the pizza. I have started a low carb diet and stop by the Carthage Tennessee Pizza Hut every day during the week to get a salad it is very clean and always has a nice looking full salad bar, however I live near Lafayette Tennessee and my kids wanted Pizza Hut for supper last night 12/27/2014 the place altogether just looks nasty when you walk in the door but we sat down ordered our drinks and was waiting while sitting there I got to looking at how nasty the window seals and everything around us looked. we ordered Sweet tea which tasted very old and then went to the salad bar where there was Nats flying around I thought ok I am just being crazy so we got our salads and sat down as we took the first bite my husband who never says anything said I won't you to looks at all the Nats flying around there was probably 15 at our table I said ok we are leaving I got up told the waitress to cancel our order we couldn't take it she said yea sorry about that they are really bad here now. So just a heads up you probably want to send someone in to straighten this place out and clean it up Thanks
